Challenge
Credit card offers different types of features than debit. These features can also require further compliance reviews and feedback. Creating an intuitive and clean joint experience was the core challenge.
Approach
Once I received the site map and all requirements from the PM involved and the compliance team, I began designing the joint credit and debit card experience. From there, a constant feedback loop with me, the PM, partnering bank, and the compliance team kicked off in order to assure we have met all legal and financial regulations.
